HIV is such a serious virus that it scares me to abstinence. I just found out a friend of mine is positive, but the best part is I heard through the "grapevine" so I don't know what to do. Do I confront this friend and ask them, what if that makes them uncomfortable? Do I wait to see if this friend will tell me?
I'm a bit confused, but either way, when I found out I got really sad. As if the person had just died. And said person didn't die. they're happy and appear to be as healthy as can be.
So... What should I do? Wait for the friend to tell me, or confront the friend and ask them?

Don't ask.. Its such a hard subject, I'd let the person decide who they want to tell....
